What does the price include?
¥7,980 a month, tax included, covers design, mobile-friendly layouts, SEO setup, structured data, AI-search readiness (llms.txt), hosting and SSL, care, and text and photo updates up to once a month. Pay yearly and it is ¥50,000 for the year. There is no setup fee.
Monthly or yearly: what’s the difference?
You get exactly the same thing. Monthly is ¥7,980 each month; yearly is ¥50,000 for the whole year (both tax included). Minimum terms, cancellation and renewal are set out in writing when you sign up.
Who is Everleaf for?
Small companies, shops and independent professionals. Sites built around online shops, booking or memberships, and large sites with dozens of pages, are outside what Everleaf does.
What if I don’t have photos or copy?
That’s fine. We’ll talk through what you want to say and draft the copy. Photos taken on a phone work too; we adjust colour and light.
Do you guarantee rankings or AI answers?
No one can guarantee that. What we do is make sure search engines and AI read you correctly, with structured data, llms.txt, clearly organised copy and a fast site, from day one.
How is this different from Baton Partners?
Everleaf builds your official website on your own domain. Baton Partners builds dedicated landing pages and articles for your company on partners.music-japan.com, with SEO and branding. Running both gives you two doors instead of one, lifting reach and brand together. Baton Partners pricing is shared in a meeting.
What about my domain?
We recommend registering it in your own name. Registration and renewal are charged at cost. If you already have a domain, we can use it.
Can I review the site before launch?
Yes. You see the whole site before it goes live, and we adjust anything you’d like changed.
What about updates after launch?
Text and photo changes up to once a month are included. Email them over and we update the site. Adding pages is quoted separately.
Can you build an English site?
Yes. Making your site bilingual (Japanese and English) is an option, quoted separately. We are happy to meet clients outside Japan online.
Can my site have 3D motion like this one?
Let’s talk. 3D motion and larger multi-page builds are quoted based on what you need.
